Welcome!

This website began as a campaign website when I ran for the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2008.

When the votes were counted for the Democratic primary in September, I came up short. The good news, however, was that the voters picked a great candidate for the 81st Assembly District -- my friend, Kelda Helen Roys. I endorsed Kelda in the general election in November.  She won that election and has done a great job in the State Assembly.

I cannot say enough thanks to all the many people who supported my 2008 campaign with your time, your contributions, your advice and your votes. Knocking on doors and meeting voters from Mazomanie to Black Earth to Cross Plains to Middleton to Waunakee to Madison was an extraordinary experience and I am so grateful to every one of you.

Meanwhile, this site will continue as a personal website as well as a forum for promoting progressive reform in Wisconsin.  Please feel free to contact me at the email address below with any suggestions or responses you may have.
